What the specs mean for you

Charger to use

100W

For full-speed charging, use a USB-C Power Delivery charger rated 100W or more and a cable rated for at least 100W. A bigger charger is safe: the device only draws what it needs.

USB ports

3

2x Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C, 40Gbps), 1x USB-A 10Gbps

Data speed

40 Gbps

Thunderbolt/USB4 class: fast NVMe SSDs, docks and high-res displays over one cable.

Display output

4K @ 60Hz

Smooth high-resolution output for a monitor or TV.

Total ports

5

Compact: the essentials for travel or a light setup.

Why people pick it

  • Two built-in OLED screens, plus two Thunderbolt 4 ports for external monitors and docks
  • Keeps a 10Gbps USB-A port and full-size HDMI 2.1, so older accessories and TVs plug straight in
  • Charges over USB-C with a 100W adapter, so any 100W USB-C PD charger can top it up
  • ASUS rates the Thunderbolt ports for two 4K 60Hz or one 8K 60Hz external displays

Know before you buy

  • Only two USB-C ports, and the charger takes one of them
  • Thunderbolt 4 (40Gbps), not Thunderbolt 5
  • No SD card reader or Ethernet port
  • Heavier than single-screen 14-inch laptops at 1.65 kg
