UGREEN MagFlow 25W Magnetic Wireless Car Charger (Qi2 25W, Vent Mount)25W max output · 1 port
For most iPhone owners the best MagSafe charger is the Belkin UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 Magnetic Charging Dock. It charges an iPhone at up to 25W, fast charges an Apple Watch and tops up AirPods, and it comes with the 45W power supply it needs. No Apple Watch? Get the foldable Belkin UltraCharge 2-in-1. For travel, the Anker Prime 3-in-1 Foldable packs all three chargers into a palm-sized block. Apple's own MagSafe Charger is the reference puck, but it doesn't include a power adapter, and that missing adapter is the most common reason MagSafe charging is slow.
Every pick here is Qi2 25W certified (often sold as "Qi2.2") or Apple's own MagSafe, so a supported iPhone gets 25W rather than the older 15W.

How fast will your iPhone charge on MagSafe?
The phone sets the ceiling, not the charger. These are Apple's figures for its own MagSafe Charger, from Apple's MagSafe Charger support page (updated September 2026), the MagSafe Charger store page and the iPhone Duo and iPhone 18 Pro tech specs.
Source: Apple's MagSafe Charger support page and store page
Three things in that chart catch people out:
- iPhone 15 tops out at 15W wirelessly. So do the iPhone 17e and every MagSafe iPhone back to the 12 (the 12 mini and 13 mini get 12W). A 25W charger is fine for them, just not faster.
- Not every new iPhone gets the full 25W. Apple lists the iPhone 16 and 16 Pro at a 22.5W peak and the iPhone Air at 20W. Anker's spec sheet for its 3-in-1 says 22W and 20W for the same phones.
- The iPhone 16e has no MagSafe magnets. Apple's 16e tech specs list only Qi charging, so it won't stay on a magnetic stand or car mount.
MagSafe vs Qi2 vs Qi2.2: what the labels mean
MagSafe is Apple's magnetic charging system, on every iPhone from the 12 onward except the 16e. Qi2 is the Wireless Power Consortium's open standard with the same snap-on magnet ring. It launched in November 2023 at 15W. In July 2025 the WPC launched Qi v2.2.1, branded Qi2 25W, which accessory makers often call Qi2.2. The WPC says it delivers nearly 70% more power than the original Qi2.
Apple's current MagSafe Charger is certified for Qi2 25W, and Apple lists Qi2 at up to 25W for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo. So a certified Qi2 25W charger and Apple's puck reach the same 25W ceiling. On an iPhone 16, the third-party makers here say 25W needs iOS 26 or later. A charger labelled plain "Qi2" (15W) or just "MagSafe compatible", with no Qi2 25W logo, won't get there.
Best overall: Belkin UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 Magnetic Charging Dock

Belkin
Belkin UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 Magnetic Charging Dock with Qi2 25W (Charcoal)
A Qi2.2 25W-certified 3-in-1 dock that charges an iPhone, an Apple Watch (with fast charging) and AirPods at once, with active fan cooling and a 45W USB-C power supply in the box.
- 25W max output
- 1 port
This is the one-outlet nightstand charger for an iPhone, an Apple Watch and AirPods. Belkin lists it as Qi2.2 25W certified: Qi2 25W phones get up to 25W, and other Qi2 phones up to 15W. Belkin quotes an iPhone 16 on iOS 26 or newer going from 0 to 50% in 25 minutes. The watch charger is MFi certified and fast charges Series 7 and later, including all Ultra models. Belkin quotes a Series 10 going from 0 to 80% in 30 minutes, which matches Apple's own figure. The AirPods pad delivers up to 5W.
Two details matter at 25W. A built-in fan (ChillBoost) keeps the phone cooler, with an on/off switch on the back for a quieter bedroom. And the box includes a 45W USB-C power supply and a 5 ft braided cable, so the adapter trap is solved out of the box. It measures 117 x 86 x 103 mm.
Caveats: Belkin's US compatibility list stops at Apple Watch Series 10 and doesn't name the iPhone Duo yet, though Apple says the Duo supports Qi2 at up to 25W. The listing's colour (Charcoal or Sand) is worth checking before you buy.
Best 2-in-1: Belkin UltraCharge 2-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Charger

Belkin
Belkin UltraCharge 2-in-1 Foldable Magnetic Charger with Qi2 25W (White)
A foldable Qi2.2-certified magnetic stand that charges an iPhone at up to 25W and AirPods at up to 5W, with a 5W USB-C port for a watch cable and a 45W USB-C power supply in the box.
- 25W max output
- 1 port
If you don't wear an Apple Watch, this stand does the important part for less hardware. It's Qi2.2 25W certified, with the same 25W/15W split as the dock above, and Belkin quotes an iPhone 16 on iOS 26 or newer going from 0 to 50% in 29 minutes. The base has a 5W AirPods pad plus a 5W USB-C port for a watch cable, if you do add one later.
Like the dock, it ships with a 45W USB-C power supply and a 5 ft cable. It also folds to about 106 x 60 x 24 mm and 162 g, so it doubles as a travel charger. Belkin lists cases up to 3 mm. There's no built-in watch puck and no fan.
Best for travel: Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1, Foldable)

Anker
Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1, MagGo, AirCool, Foldable)
A palm-sized foldable 3-in-1 charger with Qi2.2 25W iPhone charging, a pop-up Apple Watch fast charger, an AirPods pad, a cooling fan and a 45W USB-C charger in the box.
- 25W max output
- 1 port
Anker's foldable 3-in-1 closes to 3.74 x 2.38 x 1.22 in and weighs 8.11 oz, yet it has a Qi2.2 phone pad, a pop-up Apple Watch charger and an AirPods pad. Anker lists 25W for the phone and 5W each for the watch and earbuds, and quotes an iPhone 17 Pro going from 0 to 50% in 26 minutes. It's Made for Apple Watch certified and fast charges Series 7 to 11 and Ultra models. A quiet fan (AirCool, rated at 19 dB) helps it hold 25W.
Anker is unusually specific about the conditions. 25W needs an iPhone 16 or later on iOS 26 or above, a 45W or higher single-port adapter, and no case or a MagSafe case no thicker than 2.5 mm. The iPhone 16 and 16 Pro get up to 22W, the iPhone Air up to 20W and earlier MagSafe iPhones up to 15W, and the iPhone 16e isn't compatible. The 45W charger and a 5 ft cable are in the box. It has no battery, so it has to stay plugged in, and it won't charge a Galaxy Watch.
Apple's own: Apple MagSafe Charger (1 m)

Apple
Apple MagSafe Charger (1 m, Qi2 25W, 2025)
Apple's magnetic wireless charging puck with an integrated 1 m USB-C cable, certified for Qi2 25W and rated up to 25W on supported iPhones when paired with a 30W or greater adapter.
- 25W max output
Apple's puck is the reference. The current 2025 version (sold in the US as MGD74LL/A) is certified for Qi2 25W and Qi, and it's the charger Apple used for the iPhone 18 Pro's and iPhone Duo's MagSafe charge-time figures. Apple's store page quotes up to 50% in around 30 minutes for compatible iPhone 16 models, the iPhone 17 family, iPhone Air, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo. It also charges AirPods with a wireless charging case. A 2 m version is sold separately.
The box holds only the charger and its 1 m USB-C cable. Pair it with a 30W adapter that offers 15V/2A, such as the Anker Nano Charger (30W), or a 45W one such as the Anker Nano Charger (45W) for the iPhone 18 Pro's and Duo's 35W figure. Our iPhone charger guide covers both. Apple says to plug the charger into power before you put the phone on it, so it can verify it's safe to deliver full power.
Best for the car: UGREEN MagFlow 25W Magnetic Wireless Car Charger

UGREEN
UGREEN MagFlow 25W Magnetic Wireless Car Charger (Qi2 25W, Vent Mount)
A Qi2 25W certified magnetic air-vent car mount that charges MagSafe iPhones wirelessly, powered over USB-C from a separate car charger.
- 25W max output
- 1 port
This vent mount is listed in the WPC database as Qi2 25W certified. UGREEN says iPhone 16 and 17 models on iOS 26 or later charge at up to 25W and iPhone 12 to 15 at up to 15W, and quotes an iPhone 16 Pro Max reaching 50% in around 30 minutes. It holds the phone with 17 magnets (11N, per UGREEN), and the head rotates for landscape navigation and StandBy.
The car adapter is the catch. A 3 ft USB-C cable is included, but the car charger isn't, and UGREEN recommends a 45W or higher USB-C car charger for full speed. Our USB-C car charger guide has options. It needs no case or a MagSafe case.
How we choose
We haven't put these chargers on a bench. Our picks come from research:
- Apple's numbers first. The per-iPhone speeds and adapter requirements come from Apple's MagSafe Charger support page, store page and iPhone tech specs, and every pick is sized against them.
- Certification and spec sheets. We only pick Qi2 25W-certified chargers or Apple's own, and every wattage, box item, case limit and dimension comes from the maker's product page. Where a maker doesn't list something, such as the iPhone Duo, we say so instead of assuming.
- Standards and known patterns. Qi2 versus Qi2 25W, Apple Watch fast charging, and the most common complaint: slow MagSafe charging from an underpowered adapter.
Buying guide
Getting 25W takes more than a 25W label. Check every link in the chain:
- Yes: A Qi2 25W (Qi2.2) certified charger, or Apple's current MagSafe Charger
- Yes: iOS 26 or later on an iPhone 16, which third-party Qi2 25W makers list as a requirement
- Partly: A case: MagSafe cases work, but Anker caps 25W at 2.5 mm and Belkin's 2-in-1 lists 3 mm
- No: A plain Qi2 (15W) charger, or a magnetic pad with no Qi2 certification at all
- No: Wallets, cards or key fobs between the phone and the charger
Apple Watch fast charging needs the right puck. Apple says fast charging works on Series 7 and later, SE 3 and Ultra models. Series 10 and later reach 80% in about 30 minutes, Series 7 to 9 in about 45. Apple says it needs Apple's USB-C Magnetic Fast Charging Cable; the Belkin and Anker 3-in-1s above use certified watch chargers that their makers say fast charge. Apple also says the cable that ships with the 2026 Series 12 and Ultra 4 charges them faster than older chargers, and neither dock lists those watches yet. The Belkin 2-in-1's 5W USB-C port charges a watch only with a cable you supply.
Heat slows everything down. Apple says it may limit charging above 80% when the battery gets warm, and charging also slows while USB-C accessories such as wired headphones are plugged into the iPhone. Stands with fans (the Belkin dock and the Anker) are built to hold 25W longer.
Verdict
Buy the Belkin UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 Dock if you charge an iPhone, an Apple Watch and AirPods by the bed. It has 25W, Watch fast charging and its own 45W power supply. Without a watch, the Belkin UltraCharge 2-in-1 does the iPhone and AirPods and folds for travel. Frequent travellers with a watch should get the Anker Prime 3-in-1 Foldable. Choose Apple's MagSafe Charger if you want the reference puck and already own a 30W+ adapter, and the UGREEN MagFlow for the car. Whatever you pick, the phone sets the ceiling: an iPhone 15 stays at 15W, and an iPhone 16e has no magnets at all.
Frequently asked questions
What power adapter do I need for a 25W MagSafe charger?
Apple says its MagSafe Charger needs a 30W or greater USB-C adapter rated at 15V/2.0A or higher to reach 25W. For the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo, Apple quotes 50% in about 30 minutes with a 35W or higher adapter. Third-party chargers set their own minimum: Anker's Prime 3-in-1 needs 45W. With a 20W adapter, a MagSafe charger still works, just more slowly.
Is Qi2 the same as MagSafe?
Not quite. MagSafe is Apple's magnetic charging system. Qi2 is the Wireless Power Consortium's open magnetic standard. It launched in November 2023 at 15W, and the 25W version (Qi v2.2.1, branded Qi2 25W and often called Qi2.2) followed in July 2025. Apple's current MagSafe Charger is certified for Qi2 25W, and recent iPhones charge at up to 25W on either kind.
Can an iPhone 15 charge at 25W on a new MagSafe charger?
No. Apple lists the iPhone 15 and earlier, and the iPhone 17e, at up to 15W on its MagSafe Charger, with a 20W or greater adapter. A 25W charger still works with them and is a sensible buy if you'll upgrade, but the phone sets the ceiling. iPhone 12 mini and 13 mini top out at 12W.
Does the iPhone 16e work with MagSafe chargers?
Only as a basic Qi phone. The iPhone 16e has no MagSafe magnets, so it won't snap onto a magnetic stand or car mount, and Apple's tech specs list only Qi wireless charging. Apple's MagSafe Charger charges Qi iPhones at up to 7.5W. Anker lists the 16e as not compatible with its Prime 3-in-1.
Does the iPhone Duo work with MagSafe chargers?
Yes. Apple's specs list MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging at up to 25W for the iPhone Duo, and 50% in around 30 minutes with a MagSafe Charger and a 35W or higher adapter. Apple measured that with the phone open. Most third-party compatibility lists don't name the Duo yet, because it's so new.
Do MagSafe chargers work through a case?
A MagSafe case, yes. A thick or non-magnetic case, often not. Anker says its Prime 3-in-1 needs no case or a MagSafe case no thicker than 2.5 mm for 25W, Belkin lists cases up to 3 mm for its 2-in-1, and UGREEN's car mount needs a MagSafe case or none. Take cards and key fobs out of wallet cases first, as Apple warns.
